I could see PC finishing as high as 5th in the Big East which would be a very good year for them. Do not see them finishing ahead of either Creighton or Marquette.

UConn pulls away from BC 71-52.
A glaring 8-34 (23%) from 3 point range. Karaban and Ball a combined 4-18 behind the arc.

It's time for Ed Cooley to deliver the goods at Georgetown. They paid him a TON of money to leave Providence and he's going into Year 3. Georgetown's NIL must be half decent, they are a rich school with a lot of rich alums, so no excuses for Cooley.

Rich Georgetown alums generally don't give to basketball.

According to the Marquette web site Paint Touches, Cooley's 2024 salary was $3.8 million, much less than what some online pundits were claiming.

Damn- need Reed healthy for their early gauntlet… want them undefeated (obviously)

Hoping for a 1 vs 2 matchup Feb 3… how glorious would that be

Cooley was hired to turn around the Georgetown program and NIL fundraising is a huge part of that, which he knew when he signed on to the job. If he can't bring the donors on board, it's on him, he's the captain of the ship. As to Cooley's compensation- according to the chart you show above, he's tied with Shaka Smart as the second highest paid coach in the Big East. As I said, it's time for him to deliver the goods.
