Anthony Mason

He gave the knicks more toughness than Oakley I thought. Loved him as a player. Hopefully he puts up a fight for this like he used to for the knicks.

Watching Mase, Oak, Xavier McDaniel back in the day shaped how i played basketball myself. I enjoyed that version of the NBA. Mase was so tough and aggressive on the court. Wish him and his family the strength to pull through this.
 
He and John Starks changed that franchise. Two unknowns who took the long road to the league and thrived with their toughness.

Amazing ball handler for a man his size.

The Oak Man is on channel 5 right now. He said Mase had another surgery this morning. Tough guy and good friend to him.
 
Prayers for Mase. Before he made the Knicks, I use to see him working out at Brookville Park in Rosedale Queens and another small park off of Baisley and Merrick Blvds.

Was so glad he made it to the show and stayed.
 
According to Yahoo Sports, the New York Times is reporting that Mason's condition has "improved slightly." It's day to day, instead of hour by hour. This reportedly came from one of Mason's kids.
 
Read that Anthony Mason reporting that his dad is "stable". Hopefully things continue to improve for Mase. As we all celebrate our biggest win of the season, here's hoping the Mason family gets a victory as well.
