The president and CEO of The U.S. Chamber of Commerce wrote an article which appeared in today's Wall Street Journal on page A13. The article is titled: Why The Jobs Plan Falls Short.

Tom Donohue has been very good to St. John's and is one the best authorities on USA business. The Chamber's job plan will provide jobs without costing taxpayers.
