I'm always confused by big guys who can do that stuff but put up poor rebounding numbers, especially at that level.
Yeah red flag but he looks extremely skilled for a kid that big. Let Zuby do the dirty work.
Hmmmmm.
Hate the rebounding #s but some of those moves are absolutely filthy for a 7 footer.

If we need 2 points guards one that would accept back up minutes and for the right price for both parties bringing Malachi Smith back to NY to back up a guy like Dent or Thomas would be ideal.
Oh yes would be a fabulous back up but probably looking to start somewhere for his last year. Just my guess
Then he should stay at Dayton. He didn’t really play well this season and he’s not transferring up to start unless a power team is really desperate. If we have comparable money for him chance to come home play in sold out MSG and win big is pretty attractive but I acknowledge hard for a kid to think that way. Would have to be satisfied with about 15 minutes per game give or take a few.
“Home fans” opinion. So take with grain of salt. But some obvious questions about him
Bottom line is thag we have a great NIL and the portal will allow us to reload even stronger. I think even more care will be given to get athletes that can dribble, score and especially shoot. We have a coach that can put all those pieces together.
In addition, coming off a 31-5 season makes us a blue-blood program currently and we will have more clout going into this recruiting season. I expect us to be fielding a monster team next year woth plenty of this years favorites coming back as well as talented new faces. Exciting time to be a SJU fan.

I suspect he wants in, but remains to be seen if we agree.
We can find guys that do all the things he doesn’t. Gimme another Aaron Scott.
I would not touch this kid for any amount of money. I don't care how talented. There is a story that I know to be FACT that is as reprehensible an act(short of violence towards a woman) that I think maybe I've ever heard. No. And im not talking Taco Bell or childish antics....this was an act of pure hate.
