2025-26 NY Football Giants

Question, wtf put in Dart when everyone knows that he won't pass it so it'll be a run.

Daboll is an idiotttttttttt

Fire this lard ass

Coach Ozempic must go! I’d cut Gano and Russell Wilson tmrw. Let’s see Dart play if he’s not promising, then let the next regime pick their guy with a top 3 pick.

I like the Maras as people, as a football braintrust, not so much.

George Young was foisted on them and the success was all due to Young and Parcells.

Then they caught lightening in a bottle with Eli and Coughlin and Acorsi.

I really had high hopes for Daboll and Schoen (doesn't Schoen look like Seth Davis of CBS college BB?), but as Bill Parcells was famously quoted: "You are what your record says you are".

I seconded John Mara's comment about how badly as an organization the giants screwed up Daniel Jones, coaching carousel and how the kid was getting killed week after week behind a terrible OL. Now look atwhat DJ is doing.

Same old Giants.

I was resigned to hoping for the impossible, where the Koch family would storm into Mara’s box at halftime and write them a check for their remaining shares.

Now that the Wilpons have exited my NY sports ownership fandom, it leaves the Mara family as the worst.

And yes that includes Dolan. At least SJU and the Garden have forged a business partnership that will bring the university immense marketing opportunities, with the basketball program increasing its NIL revenues.

The Giants are a laughingstock.

And through public humiliation and some luck, Dolan has stopped getting involved in the day-to-day as much. We'll see if that lasts. Thibs firing is the first definitive sign we may not be out of the woods for long.

The Mara's are lucky they're boring and not controversial. Its the only reason they only get heat from diehards and not casuals. Its too bad they aren't mired in public scandal or have a lackluster rock band.

Give The Giants' braintrust a break. After all, they did identify 2 future Hall of Famers in their midst, Barkley and Jones (I know it's 3 games).

True. They are also part of the Hampton’s high society scene, so they are treated by their wine and cheese peers as if they know what they are doing.

But real fans know they are not the friendly family they try to portray. Wellington was an ornery man, who hated his nephew so much the team could not function without Pete Rozelle intervening and forced George Young on him. All because Wellington did not like Tim’s style. Which is ironic because Wellington’s father was a bookie, and that is how he made the money to buy the Giants.

Meanwhile Tim was the person who spearheaded and oversaw the construction of Giants Stadium, which was leaps and bounds better than MetLife. That place is a soulless can.

Tim was also Parcells’ friend, who helped buffer the frigid relationship between Parcells and Young.

The Maras are nepotism personified. The Giants is all they have. Unfortunately for us fans, they have run a multi billion dollar sports franchise into the ground.

Over the same amount of seasons, the Giants winning percentage (28%) is less than Norm Robets' Big East winning percentage (31%).

Let that sink in...

Dart named the starter.

Now there is a reason to watch. I am not expecting miracles, I am only hoping he develops into a franchise QB.

Having Thomas back at LT made this move easier.

Don't like it, wish Winston was healthy and could go but he's injured, and Wilson is done.

I understand this has to happen though, Daboll needs to save his ass.
I wasn't going to watch this shit show on Sunday, but now I will.

Hope the kid has some magic in him.

Wilson is cooked. Agreed.

I did not hear about Winston being injured. But he will be here next year as the backup since he signed for two years.

I think Dart should play at this point. See what you have and hopefully he develops. Yes the Chargers are very good, but the schedule is difficult regardless. Even with New Orleans next week, the Giants play Philadelphia twice, at Denver, and home to SF.

There is no easy path.

Let Dart go at it.
