I’m like that for games I can’t go to in person and can’t watch on TV when the game is scheduled to start. I DVR it and wait to see if we won. This goes for games that I can’t catch the beginning of on TV. I DVR it and wait till the game goes final. If we won, I’ll watch it, if we lost, it gets erased and I move on.

I can't relax, either, but I have to watch it live. Not knowing what's going on makes it worse.

Actually, I have a much easier time when attending games. I have to practice self-control, there. At home, there is too much freedom for me to just go off on the bad results.
