I watched all 40 mins because I’m an insane person.
It was a high intensity game but both teams offense are way ahead of their defense. FSU made some tough shots too to keep it close.
Philon is 1st team All American good and will be a handful for us. We are going to find out very quick where our defense is at because Alabama can obviously fill it up. Their style is the same - push it as fast as they can, 3s and layups only, crash the offensive glass. Their frontcourt is very shallow though and they went small for the part of the 2nd half where they pulled away. This is the game where Darling will either prove he belongs or gets completely exposed
But there was plenty of lateral movement.
Alabama's defense is their offense. You could count the # of teams that will be able score with them by December on one hand.

Mug, could you post the Peacock link. I did the same thing last year and cancelled subscription right after last Peacock game.
I had them also from the end of November to the end of May but haven’t been offered the same deal this year. Weird.
When I went to cancel online in May they automatically offered me 6 month extension for $1.99 month.
It’s possible they offered me the same thing and I ignored it because I only wanted it for basketball season.

If my often faulty memory serves me correctly, Peacock offered a full year for $20 last fall
It was advertised all over social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
I haven't seen any offers anywhere this year

Michigan ended up losing by 2. I didn’t watch but Michigan’s 2 best bigs (aside from Yaxel) didn’t play

Kentucky controls the entire game and beats Purdue by double digits and UK was missing their starting PG. Kentucky is DEEP. Going to be a very tough game
Kentucky is Big also
Kentucky used their athleticism and size to impose their will on Purdue as Auburn did to them in the NCAA Tournament. Purdue obviously have trouble with those type of teams.
