We have been waiting for November 3rd for seven months. From arrivals to departures, tons of conversations and what ifs...the time for speculation is over. The ball gets thrown up in the air for real on Monday and a season with sky high expectations gets underway. Get fired up with me on via a 20 minute monologue on what the fans are feeling now, the new culture in Queens, what Rick Pitino has done in such a short period of time and why winning is not just an option anymore, but an expectation.

See you in Queens Monday Night!!

It was about as perfect of an opening night as you could ask for, unless you’re Ian Jackson who actually was perfect from for field. St. John’s kicked off their 2025-2026 campaign with an aesthetically pleasing 108-74 win. The front court proved its one of the best in the country and the guards made great strides in restoring some confidence from the exhibition. Plus we get prepped for Alabama of Saturday, full takeaways from game 1, sights and sounds from Pitino and Mitchell and much more

Rick Pitino wanted to know where the weakness of his year 3 squad were. That’s why he scheduled the hardest non conferences slate in program history. In a 103-96 loss in front of 17,000 fans he got plenty of answers. Joined by Charles Branch of the Crimson Crossover podcast for the Alabama perspective on the game.

I spoke briefly with Ty Grant at the Quinnipiac game. He is a terrific and humble guy. Their show is phenomenal.
I also spoke with Matt Brust at the Sunday Supper about his appearance. Another great guy.
They make me proud to be a Johnnie.
I know you aren't our 114 Ralph but whenever I read your posts I read them hearing our Ralph's voice. I mean that as a compliment. Just curse a little more to make it more realistic please :)
