Wright brought cache and his presence would've elevated the broadcast/Big East brand. I'm not saying its some huge deal, but it does hurt. I do think he gets a little too nice and doesn't really criticize, but he does analyze the game very well.

I actually really like the job Roy Hibbert does for CBS. I hope TNT gets him aboard. He is someone you can tell actually does his homework and watches the games.

Don’t disagree with your 3 picks LFM although that was not question I was answering. I would probably have Scott in my top five or 6 going back to the Artest class. Another great defender was Lavor Postell.

Lavor was one of my all time favorite players. Lunch bucket guy. Great defender.

St. John's just added another exhibition game! The first ever at MSG! October 25th at 7 PM vs Michigan. According to the email that I received, all season ticket holders will get this game automatically.

Does anyone know if this will be televised?

The people I know who've met Danny in person all swear he's a nice guy. But man, if you're 52 and still haven't tamed that inner psycho by now it's just hard to see how it ends for him without a major flameout. Health issue or punching a ref or something.
