Always fascinates me... readers can choose to ignore a thread instead of being "annoyed" by it.... the 100 unrelated posts to a "Thread Topic", i get the annoyance there...

If Florida lands Boogie... can we atleast play them this year? Golden owes us a game now... lol

Also ironically, probably 30-40% of the posts were people saying he was a lock to the NBA and he was only going back to college in case of an injury. :ROFLMAO:

I'd love to play Florida.

Agree 100%. Plus, it was never far-fetched to believe that SJU would pursue Fland if he dropped out of the draft. We have deep pockets, a coach who has only a few short years left to get SJU to a Final Four, and the the kid's from NYC.

Everyone says: "Final 4".

I say that if getting that far then why not go for the National Championship.

F4 is going half ass, big time coaches go all the way, getting to the f4 didn't mean didn't to Rick.
I can't say that considering where we're coming from.

Wish I had a few hundred million, throw 20mill to Boogie. I know, that's stupid to give a sophomore in college that money, but he would be the final piece. If we win the whole damn thing then I'd have no regrets giving it to him, and maybe I wouldn't donate to nil anymore.

I'd die in peace after celebrating winning it all.

But maybe money doesn't matter, maybe Rick is happy with Darlin.

If that's the case then screw it, let's roll.

I'm just the type that wants no regrets and just get them if available.

For a little while I was thinking Boogie's dad must be posting for people to be so incensed by the notion that he'd have to go back to college. :LOL:

I was going to make a joke that he looks like a Scottish guy with a Croatian name, and we'd need to take the kid on the left because the kid on the right would burn to death when we play on campus.

That is why I did it the old way I would start a separate recruit thread for that kid even if they did not ultimately land that kid.

Not sure why we got away from that. I understand having a thread dedicated to SJU Portal targets but once they became a serious target (visiting) I think starting a thread in the recruits section was apropriate. And for non-transfers/prep kid/foreign kids as well.
