NBA Draft 2025

Julian went undrafted and signed a 2-way that night with Philly....dont have to be drafted to have a "guarantee" of a contract from a team.... RJ and his team may just want to get started on his "Pro" career early...
NIL wasn't near the amount when Julian went to draft though

Not great. 12 and 7 and 3 isn't terrible in 24 mins on the surface, and he may have looked active, but he took the most shots on the team...15 shots to get 12 pts, didn't make a three and while +/- is a deceptive stat, being -23 is rough.

Interesting to see Boogie make a quick decision to pull out while others go through the process. Always intriguing looking from the outside how kids are guided

I really hope RJ stays in school another year to mature and improve his J. He needs an amazing combine and right now it's middle of the pack at best.

His team was without an PG… boogie was supposed to lead that squad… guys making the teams should have adjusted the squads a bit.

Was interesting seeing RJ at point for a lot of the game lol… he actually passed. But team was behind the 8ball from a ball handler perspective.

as bucketshardy said, RJ's team desperately needs a point guard. But the overdribbling and fadeaway is still not good...
I think Sanon will be a big improvement in that role. I see RJ had 4 offensive rebounds...that was where he was just ridiculous. I don't remember us ever having someone so good within 4 feet of the basket.

Glover. Singleton. Glass. One were the overall athlete RJ is (Glass was pretty good) or the overall offensive threat, but all good rebounders.

I guess I'm not shocked that RJ measured out 6'5"-ish, but if NBA measured him out at a legit 6'7/6'7.5" without shoes I would not have been shocked either. He was capable of playing so much bigger than he actually is.

Had Field of 68 open today as background noise and I think I heard them comment that he potentially cost himself $3 million by not deciding to return to school way earlier.

Interestingly, they also thought Fland and Claude would command similar dollars.

I'm thankful our roster is at a point where we don't need to desperately add someone
