Yeah I get it I maybe mistaken again I can't remember where I read it but the rule was that you were still in the Portal even after you signed but that was set to change. Maybe it didn't get changed.I dont think your right about any rule change being implemented regarding re-entering the portal after signing paperwork.

I imagine that's a tough thing to recruit for at the moment given most teams need starting big men or 20+ minute bench big men. But have to think there's a plan and riding the bench for a top 5-10 team and learning under Pitino can be attractive to the right guy
