This is shocking. He has to be going into the draft. It would make no sense to leave Calipari.
Are you kidding. Lawman will be deeply invested in the fray. He will have no time for cleaning up.Calmness suggested on this one, but in a half hour every thread will be invaded by “Boogie Mania” causing LMF to lose his appeal this week, retire and devote 18 hours a day to cleaning up threads.![]()
Would love this!!!, but wouldn't Cal be ready with the $$$-Brinks-$$$ truck to keep Boogie in sunny Arkansas?!?Boogie always made way too much sense to enter the portal. He's not a first round lock. We can offer him top 20 first round pick money. He can play with one of his good friends. He fits our position of need and can absolutely get us to a title (and raise his NBA stock). Stay close to home, play at MSG (which if you watch the Arkansas Vice doc, he seems to like more than he thought). Get coached by one of the best.
Lock this down Matt!!!
They've already got the number one HS PG in the country going there (Acuff), along with DJ staying + another top 25 kid + Karter Knox. I think it'd be too much of a logjam for Boogie to do what he needs to raise his stock.Would love this!!!, but wouldn't Cal be ready with the $$$-Brinks-$$$ truck to keep Boogie in sunny Arkansas?!?
Yes. This is the smart move even if just to get some more $ from Arkansas.Would love this!!!, but wouldn't Cal be ready with the $$$-Brinks-$$$ truck to keep Boogie in sunny Arkansas?!?
Didn't realizr that! Thanks dk. Guess, we'll be on pins until the NBA deadline. They've already got the number one HS PG in the country going there (Acuff), along with DJ staying + another top 25 kid + Karter Knox. 1 - Do we go after him after naming Ian starting point guard …….yesterdayI think NBA guys told Boogie to return, play a year to help him become a first rounder.
Assuming by that last sentence that Boogie won't have an open recruitment if the coach is already assuming he won't be in the conferenceQuick relay bc got my own kid stuff....just got this from an SEC asst "#2 is it. His pop and him will do the NBA thing but it wont make any sense. Come back, grab the cash and next yr draft weak anyways. His ppl will play it out but they aint dumb on either front. Get paid more now and get paid more later. He will crush it next year and be in that top 20 draft. Glad hes leaving conf bc the young man is a problem,"
Ian and Boogie are friends. I'm sure they're talking. Rick's played two PGs a lot. You can overcome that.1 - Do we go after him after naming Ian starting point guard …….yesterday
2 - Do we have enough NIL left? If Wright and Dent both got 3M you’d think that would be what it would cost.
Could be moot if he stays in draft but what an offseason this is turning out to be …wow!

We got Lee's NIL slot left over. Also think we aren't going to really have limits on this one...
Rick’s retraction skills are right up there w politicians.1 - Do we go after him after naming Ian starting point guard …….yesterday
