I agree. That certainly looks like the plan, which is edging towards reality. Locking up those three is the main priority.
And what plays out well for us, is there are a significant number of high level PGs available.
The staff can immediately sell any PG a preseason top 10 roster. At first, having all the options at PG may have been surprising, but in this day and age of the portal monster, I guess nothing should surprise anyone.
The above supporting cast can turn an average pg into an assist machine. Process taking shape very nicely.Keeping perspective, despite concern over filling PG, to land B Hop, Sanon, Sellers, Mitchell and hopefully Jackson at warp speed is a SJU universe new to me & amazing. Winning has its dividends.
Now get off your ass Matt & Rick and get that PG, no slacking.
Yes, as long as he takes care of the ball, and is a steady passer, opportunities will be vast.
And up the ante on the pro opportunities & $ he will earn wherever that may be.

I would be surprised if that is not what their people are advising.
I refuse to believe, that with the way the Roster is shaping up.... that we will not have an Absolute TOP FLight PG.... just too much potential talent on this roster not to given them the best distributor money can buy...

247 just updated their transfer list. Oziyah Sellers debuts at 100. Bryce at 14, Sanon at 20.
Jackson is at 7, Lee is at 26 and Mitchell is not ranked but I believe that is because he just jumped in.
Mitchell definitely a top 100 if not a top 50 transfer.

I think RJ was a massive beneficiary of an unbelievable situation. I also think he's very, very good. There were probably a few dozen players nationally that could have done what he did here with that setup IMO.
