I know with certainty that this senecio will play out multiple times around the conferences. Unfortunately, without guardrails we are venturing into the abyss.

That's one reason why I choose my words carefully when critiquing a kid. I don't buy the train of thought that says if you are getting paid taking crap is part of the deal.

Everyone wants to be loved. Period.

RJ in his 3rd recruitment will get lots of love and lots of $$. Will SJU love be enough? Obviously was wounded by attacks to his insta, how much,who knows? For certain it did not help.

Still has plenty of room for improvement. Professor Pitino best teacher around. Stay home, go far RJ!!

Exactly. I don’t blame RJ for trying to get as much money as he can. I also don’t blame the staff if they don’t want to get into a bidding war and pay RJ so much money that it hurts team chemistry.
 
My educated guess is Illinois. They have a Dominican connection with Antigua on staff. I’m sure others will be offering but that’s my guess.
 
His family sat baseline on the SJU side during the tournament. They are so appreciative of what his 2 years here did for him. They’ll be plenty of shitty posts from no name Twitter accounts calling him a sellout for leaving but everyone would make the same decision.

He gave us the best year from a player since the 80’s. He’s a SJU legend and I hope we treat him as one

I mean legend is strong. He gave us 1 good year. But i guess that’s the new normal now. But he’s not a legend.

He would be a legend if he came back and lead the team to greater heights. He had a great year and blew a tire in the tournament. His last imagine will be sitting on the bench because he was playing hero ball. A really good player and he will definitely be missed.
Zuby will be the one we will remembered as a legend! He made the choice to come back.
