Arkansas' length and ability to win off the dribble were the keys today. Too handsy on defense by the guards, and no one could buy a layup today. A very disappointing end to a fantastic season. Luis was never in the game today - makes you wonder what was going on there. I have never seen Richmond have the issues finishing like he did today. And, as much as it pains me to say it, Calipari outcoached Pitino today. Not the ending we wanted, but it's the ending we got. Here's hoping that the core is kept together, and they can find contributors at the point and some consistent outside shooting in the portal.

We matched up with a team that was every bit as athletic as us and we didn’t handle it appropriately. We don’t experience every type of defense in the current Big East. And we just didn’t handle the length at all.

I think Rick felt like RJ was hurting the team too much. He was playing very a one-man game today. Constantly going into traffic and not looking for his shot or his teammates. Interesting to hear if he has anything to say about it in the presser.
Will like to hear what Rick says in the presser.

It was actually amazing we actually had somewhat of a chance at the under 4 considering literally everything that was against us.
If the NBA was on the fence on RJ before this game they definitely made their decision on him after this game.
Great season. It sucks because with the portal and literally every other school in the country pledging to up their NIL there's no guarantees we'll have an elite roster next season. Never know when we'll be in this position again. Might be next year. Might be 25 years from now

Cal won the game for Arkansas by working the refs since Thursday. He is paying off Arkansas's investment in him year 1.
I was fine with him going in trying to draw contact.
They weren’t doing anything else that was working….
It wasn’t only RJ . 4 of our 5 starters played like Crap !
Zuby only one to deliver and rarely saw ball in 2 nd half .

2-21 from three. We got away with bad shooting all season but got offensive boards. In this game we couldn’t depend on that.
