Was it ever stated if Hopkins got a redshirt for LAST year? Played 14 games before season ending. I guess there’s a chance he’s got 2 years left

and here i was just yesterday saying there wouldnt be another former 1st Team All-BE player in the portal this year lol

Reason Nick is already in Portal is he is a grad transfer. This is his 4th year at Nevada but redshirted his 1st year. Stud.

Also his brother is an incoming freshman who signed with Nevada but now wants out of his NLI. May want to be a package with his brother.

So what’s the order of priorities for potential starters given the people we have leaving and the guys coming back? PG, maybe 2 unless we are ok with Sim playing combo and Lefty for depth? PF with Prey for depth? SG (we need more than Sim, Glover. Lefty)? SF (if RJ leaves, which we won’t know until the end of May early June)?

I would guess Vince/Khaman seem like the most likely out. Ruben and Lefty always have the possibility to go back to Europe although I hope that’s not the case. Can’t imagine Sim or Sadiku leaving. I imagine the staff would want Brady back given the 3 point struggles? I think he deserves at least another year given he was hurt most of this year. Glover you obviously want back too but who knows?
