Anybody notice Kam always has his off arm elbow sticking out to create space between him and defender on his drives. Never ever gets called for that, to me its an offensive foul when so obvious. His drives are beautiful to watch though.

Watching these videos reinforced the fact that this season is a total TEAM effort. As the players spoke, it was all about appreciating the TEAM. Whatever obstacles they have faced have been overcome because they are a TEAM. As an Alum and a fan for 65 years, I can only say that I appreciate not only how they play, but how they represent St. John's in such a positive manner.

Much respect to Coach Pitino and his staff for molding these young men into a TEAM that is RESILIENT, RELENTLESS, and SELFLESS. Looking forward to cheering them on as the season continues.

These Players are not only great at BB but , they have a classy style in their persona as well .

I think that’s also a part of what Rick teaches/ Coaches with his Players as much as does BB skills .

As a aside , great to see Walter Berry , the Truth get on Camera during the game and also his Locker Room visit and him congratulating RJ on his POY Award.

Walter looked in great shape and could still put on a Uniform and play .

God, what a Player he was for us in 1985 and 1986 .

Let’s Go Johnnies and get that BET Trophy .
 
You know we’ve arrived when you hear…

MQ fans talking about how they were able to take us to OT a week ago
MQ fans making snarky remarks to SJ fans such as “How does it feel to finally win”
UCONN fans telling MQ fans that all of UCONN will be rooting for MQ

My answer…”We’re back…Deal with it”
