My one minor quibble with him is that when he knows he just doesn't have it, he should just focus on grabbing boards like a demon since he so damn athletic.

At the beginning of last season, Zuby couldn't have scored 20 if he was alone in the gym. He had no footwork to speak of, and he literally could not put the ball in the basket from two feet. His transformation has been one of the most remarkable things I've ever witnessed as a basketball fan. To go from that guy to the player he is now is just incredible.
