Seeing how the puzzle comes together in practice & in the locker room has made fans even more connected to this team. I’m joined by Tom Farrell the mind behind the creation of Pitino: Red Storm Rising, the docu-series airing on ViceTv thats all the rage. He played for Hall-of-Famer Jim Calhoun where he captained the 2004 UConn Huskies to a National Championship. He's coached under Dan Hurley and now Rick Pitino. St. John's Assistant Coach Taliek Brown joins me for another edition of Coachcast where we talk about his career, similarities between HOF coaches, going viral in Pitino: Red Storm Rising for ripping the locker room and why he felt that was needed at that time, working with an elite group of guards being a point guard himself, the Butler win and what else needs to happen this season to keep achieving history and greatness. Everyone has a story...and everyone has a journey as to how they became a fan. When trying to think of how we should discuss Saturday's Big East Championship coronation I knew I couldn't do it alone. So I asked seven other die hard fans to come on and talk about what they have been through. Covering every generation, from those that saw the 1985 to those not even old enough to drink, I wanted to hear from every part of this fan base. Those that suffered through the Norm Roberts years but are still here. Thank you to everyone who participated in sharing their story, this was one of my absolute favorites to create and I hope you all enjoy a lengthy but festive discussion from some people that, like you, LOVE St. John's basketball
