We are St. John’s!

I am partial to Let’s Go Johnnies! Sorry.
“Let’s Go Johnnies” is a fine chant when rallying the troops or during runs. It does not sound as good or work as well when the game is no longer in doubt with us on the plus side or after a Victory. “We are St. John’s” at the end of a game proclaims in a loud, proud and boastful way who we are and tells the opposition not to ever forget get it.

Last night I was with my wife, her childhood friend and her husband. Her friend isn't a sports fan but a good sport, from Queens, uncle has season tickets but didn't go to the school, etc. She went to the Xavier game, loved it. Her only complaint was that she hated the "let's go Johnnies" chants. Main reason was because she thought they said "johnny", which is slang for condom. :ROFLMAO:

Literally laughed out loud and thought of this thread.

Better than let’s go Trojans

MSG scoreboard has to assist on this.
The last media timeout would have been the perfect time.
