Yeah I thought when it was announced I remember it being more than the number for seton halls. Maybe I am thinking of the square footage.

Aside, you really only get one shot at this. Hope we don’t nickel and dime ourselves to an average facility.

I haven't gone to the new pharmacy building but I thought the DAC and Taffner were both good at the time it was built.

$100,000 per SF. Need more details to do a comparison as to why Seton Halls was $5M more and 6,000 SF less.

I hope we don’t go cheap on material and skimp in other areas like what was done with Taffner which for what it costs was a huge disappointment and outdated upon completion.

They're saving costs by having seat backs on only about 30% of the chairs and, in a shout out to MJM, no AC.
