It might not be big enough to hold your whole family soon50mm…? We building an outdoor court with a couple hoops?
That number seems relatively small for a large construction project in NYC…

Yeah I thought when it was announced I remember it being more than the number for seton halls. Maybe I am thinking of the square footage.Seton Hall's went for 55m: https://www.app.com/story/sports/co...ook-at-the-new-practice-facility/75563776007/
I haven't gone to the new pharmacy building but I thought the DAC and Taffner were both good at the time it was built.Yeah I thought when it was announced I remember it being more than the number for seton halls. Maybe I am thinking of the square footage.
Aside, you really only get one shot at this. Hope we don’t nickel and dime ourselves to an average facility.

Seton halls 44,000 Sq Ft
Ours set for 50,000 Sq Ft
SH may have to sublet half the space.Seton halls 44,000 Sq Ft

They're saving costs by having seat backs on only about 30% of the chairs and, in a shout out to MJM, no AC.$100,000 per SF. Need more details to do a comparison as to why Seton Halls was $5M more and 6,000 SF less.
I hope we don’t go cheap on material and skimp in other areas like what was done with Taffner which for what it costs was a huge disappointment and outdated upon completion.
