He has already visited and staff has offered and NIL proposed but he obviously is looking for a better deal.

lol. No Logenson. I have read we passed on 2 or 3. Also read the staff’s strategy is to wait and be patient. Just pointing out that strategy may not have been the best. I have belonged to this board since 2007 or so. Never made a controversial statement. Here’s a dollar, go get your shoe shine box and buy a clue.

I’ll never join twitter or the discord thing but the Trilli guy seems like he’s had the best info ever out of anyone . I’m happy that guys here sift through the info for us.

I’m all for making a buck that guy deserves every dollar he gets

The thing with this year is it’s even crazier than last year or any year I think 79 would agree with that. What would be rock solid info 12 hours later could change 3 times.

I’m going to take Logen’s approach. It’s going to be whatever it’s going to be. I care a lot less about recruiting. Sure I want a great summer but it’s not worth getting worked up over every 30 minutes.

Our Novita party was almost a year ago today the day we got Slaz and mjmaherjr wasn’t happy then all the sudden things got a lot better

None of us can even pronounce the USC kids name

Just win games with whomever we have and get us to the NCAA.
 
Out of all of the names that we are in the running with it looks like Scott would be the commit that would lead into a domino effect of what Rick wants-

Defense, versatility, length, toughness.

He would be replacing Taylor at a much higher clip and would really solidify our depth chart alongside RJ and Brady at the 3 spot. He plays with the tenacity and focus that Coach demands, would be a perfect fit on a winning team.

My dream scenario is that one day in the intermediate future, there is a press conference where Pitino announces three different
quality players joining the fold. Their commitments he had in hand at various times, but didn't want to announce until he could display
a complete set of impressive players, with the potential to elevate the framework we have in place today.

Likely, NO. But it would be a St John's media day to top all others.

Just wondering if Dubar is the only Top 25 Transfer who has signed that we were linked to?

Reaching out to someone doesn't mean being linked to them. Reaching out literally is a text message. Then these parents/handlers make a list of everyone they got a text from and put out a "John Smith has heard from 80 schools" in the first day in the portal to build the hype.

Until you have a kid on a visit or at the very least a zoom meeting I don't consider there to be real interest as it should be mutual.

There was not mutual interest between SJU and Dubar due to asking price.
