Dingle/Ledlum court case

Can't say much due to obvious reasons but i'll say the university has 100% done right by two incredible kids. The feeling is they have a strong case...it would be a complete hypocritical injustice to deny Chris and J the chance to make a decision based on options they have earned by doing things the right way. Aside for how they may or may not fit the team next yr everyone should be rooting for 2 fine young men

Would love Dingle back, but if he does return is anyone else worried that Glover might try and bounce?
Reasonable. But how much play do you think Glover is expecting? Feels like everyone knows Pitino doesn’t play freshman. Sim and Brady being perfect examples….

They didn’t deserve more time than they got and we weren’t exactly loaded with talent. If a freshman proves he should play Pitino like just about every other coach will play him. This isn’t 1950 😉😊👍🤣

Kinda funny, we've been fixated on SFs/ PFs and Guards all 'Portal Season' (yeah, that's a 'thing' these days).

Yet, maybe just maybe, we get 2 gifts late in the 'season' of Ledlum and Dingle returning?

Trust Rick and Staff to figure it out but it seems the Staff is a big 'yay' for that to happen.

Talk about 'chemistry' and 'continuity'.

Can't wait.

Oh, yeah, gotta be patient.
Lol.

Pitino didn’t play Brady or Sim cause they were not good enough to play. He gave both plenty of an opportunity to play, even started Brady a few times. If Glover is good enough, he will play. Being a freshman has nothing to do with it.

I think we will see Glover playing at both tge two and theee position. If he shows he can hit tgd three, it may be more then we thought.

You and Glover will log the exact same amount of time at the 2 next season.

The case is now listed as having an appearance date of 5/28/24. The purpose is listed as "Motion - Notice of Motion." Do any of our motion experts here know what this means? Is that the date the judge will issue a decision?

On a Tinder date, you will be judged not by the size of your salsiccia but by the pleasure you provided.......in other words, it's the motion...not the size of the ocean.
Hope this helped!😉

i believe that’s just a procedural motion to have a non-NY attorney appear for the ncaa. That date and motion have no impact on the injunction request

only non-substantive motions are off until 5/28. The substantive motion concerning the merits of the claims is marked as submitted as of 5/14. My guess is that the court intends to issue a decision by the 28th to potentially moot those motions.
