The Seahawks managed to follow up one of the greatest catches in Superbowl history with one of the worst calls ever. Without a doubt snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Pete Carroll has one set of rules for Richard Sherman, and another for the rest of the team. The drama of whether Sherman was going to be there or not was insane. Lavin rules.

Carroll's post game comments of play sequences doesn't wash.. He said our plans for the game call for us to pass on 2nd down and run on 3rd or possibly 4th too? WTF?
I'm glad he gets to think about it all off season. As well as, his players, many of whom come off as poor sports, at game's end. I am sure many of them will, sooner or later, throw him under the bus, which he so richly deserved.
I'm a GIANT fan so I have no Pats bias here.
My prediction for Super Bowl 2016.. Giants and Eli beat the Pats and spoil their attempt to repeat. Eli is MVP for 3rd time, cementing his status as a HOF QB. COUGHLIN HOF coach too.Beckham catches 20 TD Passes during the season and 4 in Super Bowl.
Coughlin retires as Coach. Spagnola becomes new Giant Coach.

I can't believe Carroll didn't lose his NY Jets playbook
after all these years.
Being a JETS fan and envisioning another 4-12 season all that I wish for is for Woody to ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Yea, the play was for Richard Todd to throw the interception.

I think he had a brain freeze and was thinking ahead as a sequence of three plays. It's the equivalent of a catcher in baseball thinking, I'll throw him a curve, a fastball high and tight, and a curve ball away in the dirt. You throw the second pitch fastball and the batter hits it out of the park.
Hardly matters. It was unforgivable logic and cost his team the Superbowl

Seattle has the beast so you go beast mode for 3 downs.
Only time I can see a pass is on 4th down. Maybe a play action pass.

For monetary reasons I was very glad to see that play... I actually have no problem with them throwing but why would you draw up a play where there's any chance of a pick? Call a play action pass and roll your mobile qb out to the sideline. He can throw it away if nothing is there... Worst call I've ever seen to not even fake your biggest threat and then use your second biggest(Wilson throwing out of pocket)
