I would rather the next Yankees manager be someone completely from the outside. Someone with no previous ties to the organization, whatsoever.
This is because, I feel, the Yankees have to completely change the way they do things, on and off the field. It's why I applauded the amended facial hair policy, this year. That was a step in the right direction, IMO.
