An important game for the ladies as is every game until the end of the year.

Ladies score the first five points of the second half to take a 12 point lead 42-30 with super sophomore Aliyyah Handford leading the way this half. She now has 11 points.

Georgetown lead by 4 but we just tied it up at 57 with 3:02 left to play. Come on girls.
 
An ugly game - good first half, lousy second half, good finish

I liked the navy blue uniforms except for the "stuff" at the top of the back of the jerseys

It looked more like the stuff you see in the printout of a lie detector test :)
 
I enjoyed that game, even though we did not make it easy on ourselves... Hoyas played better than their record suggests. It was tough to get much by Butler, she is an inside presence. Eugeneia and Aliyyah are top, top players.

We got 7 votes last week in the AP poll, but the close win over G'town will probably not help crack the Top 25.

I like NYC skyline on the uni's... thought the men were supposed to have something similar?
