It was noted here several times he was injured after Fordham game doing something stupid apparently.

Just heard Alibegovic stood up too early on the bus ride back to SJU. There was an abrupt stop and he tumbled down the aisle. He did pop-up and announce he was okay. I am hearing this will not set him back at all.
 
This Ali guy is quite a character. When you guys post something I don't know whether it is a joke or for real. I dismissed reading that he hurt himself celebrating the Fordham win as a joke and I guess it turns out to be the truth although I am still not positive about it. Heard the team stopped off at a MacDonald's after the game and Amar was arrested for robbery after telling the counter person to hand over a couple of burgers while his right hand was in his jacket pocket. Mullin trying to decide if he should bail him out asked Richmond who just shrugged his shoulders, and Matt A was out scouting another burger joint. Chris placed a call on his cell phone to St. Jean for advice on what to do. St. Jean came running in wild eyed with a chalk board and drew up a strategy. As of this moment Amar remains behind bars.
Forgot to add that when the police got to the scene Amar threw down a 3 dollar bill but it missed everything and the police had no choice but to arrest him.
 
The Post story stated that he has a knee injury and is "week to week" as opposed to Lovett benign day-to-day. The fact that Ali not playing a game merits its own thread speaks volumes about the ineptitude our front line has displayed thus far.
 
i understand players not playing when they are injured but athletes play with minor injuries all the time. If you can play you should play. If its a hammy or sprained knee, ok baby steps....otherwise get your soft a$$ out there!
