A very similar story can be written about SJU. The good thing is that the possibility of recreating both the Knicks and StJ success will be there for the years to come. I hope I live to see it happen
 
Those battles with Wes Unseld and the Bullets seem like yesterday! What a great time to be attending SJU. On several occasions I witnessed the Knicks practicing at Alumni Hall during those championship years. One afternoon I was able to get every Knicks autograph except Clyde's. It was beneath that sob to grant an autograph! I think many Celtic fans would disagree with me, but I thought those championship Knick teams were the best teams ever assembled! Lavin should show this team clips from those Knick years to demonstrate what team work is all about, and the importance of playing tenacious defense. I can almost hear the fans at MSG chanting, DEFENSE, DEFENSE, DEFENSE!!!!!
