In the June issue, Bill does a question and answer session, beginning on page 118. The interview was conducted at John's of Bleaker Street (pizzeria). Bill talks about his Canadian upbringing, SJU, Mullin, the Bulls, MJ, and Phil Jackson (amongst other things, too). Pick up a copy, if you can.
