Never thought I'd see the day where I would not be happy to be in the same company as North Carolina, Ohio St & Georgetown. All 3 struggling as of late with rough losing streaks.

Even the double round-robin is never, completely, 100% fair. When you play teams in that can be just as important.

Georgetown lost Smith and Trawick in the practices immediately following the game in which they destroyed us, and they haven't looked anywhere near as good since.

Ohio State had been losing to some good teams, but last nights loss to Nebraska really shocked me.

Trawick played in G'town's loss to Providence.

Right. I'm putting these posts together half asleep.

My general point is that this Georgetown team now, is very different then the one that beat us to a pulp just a few weeks ago. Even though neither Smith nor Trawick had big games against us statistically, there absence still takes a lot away from the Hoyas.

They've been beaten by teams who are also missing personnel outside of Xavier.

Got really excited about this thread.

Thought it would have delved into all the anal probes that have apparently been implanted in redmen.com members recently.

Alas, it's about gottdam Georgetown.

Although even now they would still be favored to beat us
