a very enjoyable listen and thank you very much. We all know  what a sleeve bag Jarvis is so no shock there and we were all delighted he returned for his senior season, but clearly to his detriment as his draft stock was never higher. 
i continue to hope he becomes a staff member and will enjoy a long and fulfilling life and career as a part of SJU. 
 
I was never high on Hatten as an NBA prospect, which puts me in the minority on here.   He was a great scorer in college, but not a dead eye shooter with nba range.  There is a big difference on taking it to the hole in college vs. the NBA.      After all is said and done,  if you compare Hatten to Ponds, both were not nba talents.
 
A 2 guard in a point guards’ body is the most common kind of college star player to never make it in the League.
For every Allen Iverson, there are dozens of Anderson Hunts, Donald Williams, etc.

It's easy to look at this in hindsight (and I actually find it strange that someone even had interest in doing so lol), but it's easy to forget at the time that Hatten was never even projected as an NBA draft pick even after his junior year. As others mentioned, he was looked at as a tweener, too short to be a shooting guard in the NBA and not a point guard.

However, I do remember following Hatten after his senior year. I remember vividly how he was invited to play for the Clippers on their summer league team, and Hatten was one of the last cuts when it came time for the roster for the season.
