Upsets seem to be occurring more frequently in college basketball than ever before, which reflects the great parity among Division 1 teams. Point is if we do not obliterate a team that we should beat on paper, we should not be questioning the coaching nor the players this early in the season. The college basketball landscape is far different today compared to when Louie coached, and I believe he would be the first one to admit that. I recall back in the 60's when the schedule was released you could virtually pencil in the cupcake victories with 100 percent accuracy. Those days are gone! For all of the old timers out there, which includes myself, this is a major adjustment. Let's try to enjoy the ride, and hopefully we will be dancing in March!
