Top 25 Most Demanded NCAA Men’s Basketball tickets

Until we can consistently fill at least half the Garden for our games I dont see how any list that has us as "Most demanded" can be taken seriously. I dont know what their criteria is but Ive been going to every game for at least 20 years and with the possible exception of 2 or 3 games a season there hasnt been any great demand. Hopefully that's about to change.

I think we woke a lot of fans up last season, I expect to see high attendance numbers this season.

Yeah, they just used highest price. Just because we are the 20th most expensive, doesn't mean we are the 20th most in demand, IMO.

That being said, we did start to make strides at the end of last season (see the UCONN and Pitt games, and we had most of the building on our side for those). I just hope those people who did come on-board last year don't leave us if this season is a rough one, because the future is still bright.

With I believe a game or two more at the garden this season, I think you'll see our attendance numbers jump a bit. Not to mention I think SJU will get some good support at games moving forward. It's a shame we're playing shorthanded this year, because it might take a bite out of our attendance if we go on a streak of losing, but past this season, I think SJU ball will be booming regardless of how our conference shapes up. No matter what, teams will want to play in msg and our OOC schedule will be primo no matter what.

I think there are two reasons that the attendance will be high this year at the Garden, the first is the lack of NBA (for the time being) and New Yorkers getting their fill of basketball by going to the game (or at least that's what the Dolans are hoping for), and the second reason is the caliber of teams that are playing at the Garden. They've got Gtown, Nova, Cuse, ND, Louisville and UCLA all coming to MSG which will definitely attract fans. Last year the schedule of home games was good, with Duke, Pitt, ND, and UConn but I like the schedule at the Garden more this year and hopefully there is a high demand for tickets this year and SJU moves up next year.
