Tuned in to the Cincy/ NC State match right now. There are games on later tonight that are must watch games. Kentucky/MSU and Duke/Kansas. I'm interested to see Wiggins and Parker, and also if Kentucky is as good as everyone says. Also, Wisconsin plays Florida, which will be interesting for obvious reasons. Nice to see college basketball really officially kick off tonight

I was able to watch most of 2nd half of the South Carolina/Baylor game. A pretty, decent game.

It's still early, but I believe Frank Martin will continue to build the Gamecocks' program.

I'm interested in watching the VCU/Virginia game. A contrast in styles. VCU likes to press and get it up the floor, while Virginia is more methodical in their approach. I think it's going to be a good game.

Currently, tuning into the LIU/Indiana.... LIU on top 26-19 late in the 1st half.

I also tuned into Creighton on FS1 last night. Believe it or not it was actually my first chance to sit down and watch McDermott. I was completely blown away by how good he was. He had 37 points and it seems like every time he gets the ball in the post, it's an automatic bucket. Good news for the johnnies though, the rest of their team is unimpressive. While the whole team plays great team defense, the offense is clearly McDermott and hey also run set plays a lot. Creighton is well coached, good defensively, and has the best player in the nation. Yet when UMKC pushed the ball after a defensive rebound, Creighton looked lost. Which obviously bodes well for us, can't wait to play them.

Anyone catching this MSU/Kentucky game? Kentucky freshmen look shell shocked and its 10-0 MSU

Edit: and also Marquette taking care of business, and MJ this VCU/UVA game is great so far, I'm trying to flip between that and Kentucky game.

Izzo is like the 6th defender. He is way on the court on every defensive position

MSU gets an unbelievable amount of strips.
It's frustrating that we can't get more steals because that's how you get the easy points in transition.

It's like a smorgasbord.

Wisconsin was getting crushed because, get this, they missed their first five three pointers. Now it's a one point game cause they've hit a few. I swear 3 Pt defense lost us that game. Anyway, Kentucky and Michigan state going down to the wire, Julius Randle is as good as everyone thought...

Kentucky is a legit top 5 team. Their preseason ranking was warranted.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if they cut down the nets in April.
Their guard play is what's holding them back, but it appears the Harrisons just need to get used to the college game.

5 of STJ conference foes are on the tube tonight: Depaul, Prov, Seton Hall, Gtown, Nova all play at home on tv .
