Tip Off Dinner / October 15

I'm delighted to say that I was at the dinner and it was time extremely well spent.

There is no better representative of our University than Bill Wennington. A first class individual in every regard.

Listening to him and Chris, I was more than proud to be an alumnus.

During his remarks Chris made a compelling and more importantly a convincing case for why a star scholastic basketball player should enroill at St. John's and play for him.

It also should not be over looked nor under appreciated that "Bobby" was present for the entire function and is 110% behind Chris and the program not only for this season but for the long term.

Last, but not least, former Redmen Marco Baldi attended the function.

Really impressed with "Bobby" so far. Nice to see that the students engage with him even asking him to pose for pictures! Really feels like a new era is underway.

I graduated in 2012 and the first time I ever saw Father Harrington on campus was at my commencement. Nice to see that the new prez looks to have things moving in the right direction.
