see if you can get our section

You don't get to choose the seats. The deal is end zone or corner 100 level seats. They hand out the tickets on a first come basis. I bought the deal for Xavier and Depaul.

Also a lot of reasonable tix for the games on stubhub. I just bought tix to Xavier in the seats behind paultz for $26 each.

Msg offering half off tix for Xavier and DePaul games. Code storm

Half off and people have the pleasure of sitting next to me.
The people at the last game I hope never come back.

Also just to let you know, any current student (any school) with a valid student ID can get a ticket for $15 for the MSG games. You don't get to pick where you sit though.

I know why they do it. Great idea to get SJU students and locals HS' involved.
But am I the only one that finds it a little disturbing that an opposing teams fans can walk up and get a $15 ticket and arguable sit better than a season ticket holder so long as they have student ID.

Where do they normally sit you? In the SJU student sections behind the baskets?

Well a few things about this. 1) you won't find this information publicized on any website. I tried searching for it, and it's just not out there, so I doubt many even know about this existing. (maybe I should delete my posts?) 2) In my life I've probably used this about 20 times. Most of the time the seats are in the 200's or 300's, but there's been a rare occasion where it was in the lower section.

Never with the student sections, it's usually with regular ticket holders in the 200's or 300's

Not for nothing but the box office workers have no vested interest as to whether or not your a student and would probably rather just avoid conflict. I pulled the "I forgot my ID" thing until I was like 27 or 28 and never had any issues.
