Frankly, this is no different than any, other staff. 4 coaches can be out on the road.

That is true - this is the "norm" at most schools
But the perception is that our past few staffs were not the "norm" when it came to recruiting
People are appreciative when the staff actually does what it should be doing
We're not used to this level of energy and competence and don't take it for granted
