Does the free transfer work with the extra year everyone gets? For instance, if French or Alvarado wanted to play a fifth year, but do it at a hypothetical New York school, could they do it?

Yes, only difference is the school taking them on wouldnt get the free extra spot. It would be like taking on a grad transfer in any other year. So unless someone other than Dunn or toro decide to leave we are full.
