"ICE will no longer be at the career fair"...saw this as the opening headline on the website and immediately exited the page. What a joke that this is breaking news and students went out of their way to get this to happen. Maybe they can all graduate with their art history degree and then cry about their student debt after with no job.

I.C.E. has been vilified by the king of the idiot's, Andrew Cuomo, solely for political gain after far left liberals, including his opponent in the dem gubernatorial primaries declared him too far to the right.
Andrew's response? Moving far left, at least out of his mouth.
He recently called I.C.E. "a bunch of thugs " and also declared "I am an illegal immigrant", whatever the frick that means .
Fact is, when you demonize law enforcement officers, you put their personal safety at risk. It's reckless and incites the crazies to violence.
Give sju credit for both inviting i.c.e. the the jobs fair and also for reinforcing their mission to the poor, often immigrant or children of immigrant student population.
However, Cuomo and that ilk recklessly put employees of law enforcement agencies in danger, college campuses become unsafe places to recruit, where even students inquiring at a jobs fair risk being alienated by other students or worse.
