Ron Felix and Durand will likely always be remembered in SJU lore for this debacle of a season but those guys brought it every night and did nothing to embarrass or shame the school. Hate seeing people unfairly bash any of these guys, especially the grad transfers, they knew what they were walking into and never gave up when most guys in their position would've mentally checked out long ago. Without them this disaster could've easily snowballed out of control off the court.

Each of the three has a limited skill sets and long injury histories but they set a great example for the youngsters and their contribution to the program will last a long while. Good luck to those three in the next phases of their lives.

They played with effort and pride all season and showed respect and appreciation for the staff, each other, and the name on the uniforms they wore. Not even a hint of locker room dissent, and no temper tantrums on the court or on the bench. Yes, a few unhappy faces when they sat on the bench, but I would expect that from any competitive player. They did their best under difficult circumstances, which is all a fan can ask for.

Going forward, both Amar and Mussini were two of the more exuberant players whether on the court or not. Amar especially, with more limited playing time, was always first off the bench to congratulate and encourage teammates.

We needed Ron and Durand more than they needed us because we needed to even just fill a roster so we could play games.

No matter the results I wish these kids well and am happy Felix got minutes too this year especially after getting screwed out of a year by Lavin

In a perfect world Johnson would be perfect as a spark off the bench next year. Can play 2 or 3 gives you instant offense, if he takes some bad shots he comes out.
Anyway like a few others posted imagine this team w/o him and Ron
