The Lebron Before Lebron (Felipe)

A nice article. I'm glad that old classmates of his stepped up and had his back. I was in school during his tenure and the expectations were ridiculous. I'm glad he has a no regret type of attitude, it looks like he really learned from his experiences both from college and pro ball.
 
He was coached by Brian Mahoney and Ron Rutledge. ....the two worst coaches in St. John's history. They could not design an offense of any kind for some very talented players. Much like Lavin it was the inmates running the asylum.
 
Unfortunately Lopez was not close to as good as his hype. He was plenty good, enough to make it to the NBA. It was however, very clear very early on that he was not going to dominate college hoops.
