I had never played it before, and just finished it. And wow, what an emotional ride. Probably the greatest gaming experience i have ever had. I dont know if anyone else on here plays video games, but you never know until you ask i guess
This post proves Jack Williams isnt an old banned poster pretending to be a kid
Or I’m just posting things like this to get people off the scent
In all seriousness, if anyone happens to have a PlayStation, I strongly recommend you pick this game up. It plays like a movie, and the writing is just astounding.
A client of mine is a best selling Author. He moved to Cali years ago to turn his books into movies. At some point on of his books he had optioned it and they had Jame Franco to play the lead. Everything fell through. That biz is rough. Somehow he got involved writing stories for video games. Apparently there is a lot of money in it and now he is doing consulting work with bunch of euro companies helping them develop games. He loves it
It’s funny mike, that’s acrually a huge dream of mine. I love story based video games. Just like movies, they can bring you to an entirely different place, but with video games, you get so much more immersed into the world, and if the writing is done right, the characters start to feel so real.
I’m a writer, and I write all the time, and being able to write for video games would be an amazing thing. Something I truly love. And you’re right, the last couple of years especially, the video game industry is growing to a crazy level
