The Basketball Tournament (TBT)

Don’t think Dj and Paris will leave the champs. Dlo will be playing for another team. It would be interesting to see guys like Hardy, Pointer, Brownlee, Burrell and possibly Ahmed.

Dwayne Polee
Anthony Mason Jr
Malik Boothe
Phil Greene

Surprised to see Polee on there, but overall a pretty good squad.

Think they could also use a grad transfer big. ;) :) Was at a meeting today where someone stated "wasn't it Ben Franklin who stated there are only 2 certainties in life, death and taxes". I stated make that 3, death, taxes and St. John's not signing a grad transfer big. :silly:
 
Gonna need a lot more than we have already. Borheim’s Army team is totally loaded. Need some of our bigger guns from the past to compete to have a chance... would definitely need Kennedy and Burrell and a bit more. Maybe Hatten can start his new job a little later...?

On flight home from Italy & cannot wait any longer. @thetournament bracket comes out tomorrow and it will feel like Christmas morning (or something like that.) Former & future @NBA players, college alumni teams, Jimmer Fredette for 2-million winner-take-all!
 
Interestingly enough, I think that Polee’s addition speaks of his fondness for SJU. Wish we had kept him around.
