Looks like Tarik may be off of our radio broadcasts.

Received this from someone at STJ-

Congrats to Tarik Turner who has accepted a job with SNY to cover College Basketball for them. Tarik was the voice of St. John’s radio broadcasts for the past 8 years. Well deserved! 
 
 Tarik is a class act as has gotten better every year doing the games.

Most people have no idea how hard he works at getting better as an announcer and this on top of a VERY demanding full time job on Wall Street.
 
I know that Brandon Tierney left NY to go work in San Fran so I would think that Tarik is taking his spot as host on Red Storm Report 
 
 Tarik has paid his dues although he might have driven me crazy sometimes with the Norm softball questions but in hindsight that's most people would have done in his situation. Always nice to see a St Johns grad move up

Norm might have been awful coach but he was also one of the nicest gusy in a business filled with selfish sc_mbags. oseTarik treated with him respect (and kid gloves) and choose not to pile onto a guy that was getting killed in the media already.
