Here is a write up on him from last summer, per ESPN Recruiting:

Standout players

Tadric Jackson (Tift County, Ga./ Tift County)
SG, 6-foot-2, 200 pounds
Jackson is a freaky athletic, lefty combination guard. He plays above the rim like he is 6-8. He can get to the rim and finish through contact with ease in addition to knocking down the open 3 off the catch or dribble. He has a tight handle and good court vision that allows him to help at the point. Jackson knows how to play, can score big numbers in a hurry and will provide highlights throughout the game, especially in transition. He has Georgia Tech, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Michigan State and Purdue on his early list.

Per NBE Basketball.... There is also a mention of this kid from my area (Seventh Woods) at the bottom of "Notes" in the link provided. I've told a handful of board members about him.

Tadric Jackson is a 2014 prospect who can play either guard spot and was at the two for the Georgia Stars on Thursday. The 6’2 backcourt star from Tift County (GA) has a strong frame and is very adept at scoring the rock. He showed off some good ability when it came to shooting the ball from long distance.

You forgot one, Paultz! ;)

I know there hasn't been much mention about Jackson of late, but I wouldn't doubt he's still a potential target.

Sneakiest Athlete: Tadric Jackson Standing at 6’2” with broad shoulders, Jackson looks like a pure power player that probably plays below the rim. If anyone thinks this is the case, hopefully they won’t be standing under the rim when Jackson unleashes a two hand dunk. Playing in the auxiliary gym on Friday night Jackson caught the ball and threw down a two hand dunk off of one step. In his other games Jackson was flying above the rim on breaks for ferocious dunks. While Jackson does like to bully smaller guards, he can also get above the rim in a hurry.

Here is one of the more recent vids of Jackson....

Per Rivals.... Jackson, Chukwu, and Delgado were a few of the "surprises" at the NBPA 100 Camp.

SG Tadric Jackson, Tift (Ga.) County
Not that many people really talked about him during camp, but the 6-foot-2 Jackson was solid at NBPA. He's strong and athletic in the open court and plays with confidence. Jackson is built for contact and when he's making jumpers like he did at camp, he can be a dangerous scorer.

He might've indicated he was gonna stay in the south. I'm not sure, but based on his list of schools that could've been the case.

Just tossing out other possible factors.

By the way, it was just announced he's headed to Georgia Tech.
