SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The 2016 Syracuse University Athletics 'No Huddle Tour' begins on Tuesday, May 17! New York's College Team will travel to multiple Empire State destinations to connect with Syracuse alumni, Orange fans, and friends of the University. The 'No Huddle Tour' will make stops in Buffalo, Rochester, Binghamton and Syracuse from May through August as the Orange hit the road thanks to The Great Outdoors RV Superstore.
All Syracuse season ticket holders, alumni, Orange Club donors, corporate partners and fans are invited to each location to mingle with the head coaches and Orange athletics administration. At each event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the future plans for 'Cuse football and basketball.
The tour kicks off with a lunch on Tuesday, May 17th with head football coach Dino Babers and Hall of Famer Floyd Little at Chefs restaurant in Buffalo at noon, hosted by the Syracuse University Alumni Club of Western New York. Click here to purchase your ticket.
Men's basketball head coach Jim Boeheim will join the tour in Rochester that evening at the Syracuse University Rochester Alumni Club Annual Awards Banquet at Monroe Golf Club at 5 p.m. Click here to purchase your ticket.
At the Binghamton Mets game on May 18th, Babers, Boeheim and Little will participate in a meet and greet with fans along the right field line beginning at 5:30 p.m. Prior to the game, Babers and Boeheim will throw out the first pitch for the game against the Altoona Curve (6:35 pm).
All 'Cuse fans should save the date for the annual Orange Fan Fest, which is set for Saturday, Aug. 13th at the SU Soccer Stadium. The event will feature the Orange men's soccer team's scrimmage against New Hampshire followed by the football team's intra-squad scrimmage, in addition to many activities for fans of all ages.
The 'No Huddle Tour' concludes Aug. 27 at the Syracuse Chiefs game versus Pawtucket. The night will prominently feature Syracuse University Athletics, with Babers throwing out the first pitch and Orange-themed giveaways in the concourse.
Syracuse football kicks off the first season under the direction of Babers on Friday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Carrier Dome when the Orange take on Colgate. Season tickets are on sale now online, by phone (1-888-DOMETIX) and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B). Tickets start at $99 ($16.50 per game) with lower-level seats in the end zones available for as little as $125.
Single-game tickets for all home games except Florida State go on sale June 21. Tickets to watch the Orange and Seminoles are tentatively scheduled to go on sale July 26. Tickets start at $20 for non-conference games, $25 for the Louisville and NC State games, and $30 for the Virginia Tech and Florida State contests.
