Syracuse - Georgetown Renew Rivalry

coulda , woulda, shouda been......... US. Yeah, we are not competitive with them anymore but, is G'town going to be much better? hey maybe we should revive DUKE..

Scheduling says a lot about a school's intent, if Lavin wants to build a franchise, these kinds of deals are important..

Pac 10 or Wac 10 don't interest me. Keeping alive our natural long time rivalries does. kudos to Hoyas, although it pains me to say it!

I don't see how it works out. 2015-2016 we would play Syracuse at home. Does Cuse really want to play @2 Big east opponents?

Boeheim was quoted he will only play 2 out of 3 Gtown, nova and SJU. Only way I see it is if we take a year off or if we agree to play them up there a second year in a row but that doesn't work out because at MAUI at DUKE and at SYracuse is way too much.
 
Syracuse gets to have its cake and eat it too. They get the ACC football money and keep rivalries with Gtown, St. John's, and Nova.
I can't wait for Boeheim to retire.

I think Boeheim forgot that his deal with Nova is for 3 YEARS. After finishing the home and home this coming season next season, ’15-’16, they play Nova at the Garden in a “neutral site” game.

That satisifies his 2 out of 3 old BE opponents for the '15-'16 season.
