SUNY Schools Face Millions in Cuts

I believe out of state tuition is 32k per school year, not per semester as is stated in the article. Rough road ahead for many schools, both public and private. Although I would expect that commuter schools like community colleges and CUNY schools will fair better in the near future.

It's one reason that state schools love foreign students as well as out of state students, who pay full boat tuition to help offset the cost of running the school. Some states, like Wisconsin and Minnesota, reciprocate allowing students from the other state to pay in state tuition.

I thoughts that's what I said, but yes, they pay in state tuition, and same goes for Wisconsin residents going to U of MN schools. There may be some requirement that the major not be offered in their own state system but I don't know that for certain.
