Stubhub/Ticketmaster/Google Wallet help

I recently bought tickets on Stubhub for St. John's game.

Today, I got separate emails from both Stubhub and St John's Athletics that the tickets were ready to be accepted.

I clicked link in email, logged in....i think it's a St. John's specific ticket site as school logo is at top but uses my ticketmaster ID & password.. i log in do see the tickets with barcode etc..that's good. At least they are accessible.

Two things looking for help

1) However at top there is a banner message about adding tickets to your digital wallet...but there is no button to save/add them to wallet anywhere..Not on page I attached pic of or when clicking on just one ticket (just barcode comes up to scan).... All i see is that just a button to "transfer" on right but I don't think I should click that. I don't want to accidentally lose the tickets.

2) If I use my ticketmaster app I downloaded, log in using the same account id/password the tickets don't show up anywhere on app. Under "my events" it comes up blank. Is this because these tickets are residing only a school site and not regular ticketmaster?

Again..at least I see/have tickets just odd on the above and really wanted to add to wallet to not run risk of getting to ticket taker and not being able to log in manually.

Thoughts ?

Try clicking on the ticket with the arrow button. I think it will then give you the option to add to your wallet. Hope that works.

Thanks for reply. Individual ticket comes up but no add option (see below)

Maybe it's because it was bought 3rd party and perhaps part of their season ticket..

Just glad I can still access ticket. Between stubhub & Expedia etc.. I never trust these sites..

I can never add mine to my wallet. I called the ticket office last year and they basically said, “that’s the breaks.”

Thanks. Yes.. that's the same link and when I go all the way to the individual ticket there is still no add to wallet...just an option to transfer (red button at bottom)
